Above showed Developer sales figures for the month of February. Chinese New Year played a part in the lower overall developer's sales for Feb with only 527 units sold, which is 22.5% lower than Jan 2022. As the festive season tends to fall in Feb, it is usually a slow month for developer sales.
Despite the cooling measures in Dec 2021 and the uncertainties caused by the war in Ukraine, Royal Hallmark did reasonably well, selling almost 1/3 of its units. March is likely to be another quiet month with no major project scheduled for launch but with a strong lineup in Apr and May, sales volume is likely to pick up.
